Kerry is a passionate, qualified teacher who loves all things Theatre!  Her background is in all areas of singing, acting and dance so her main forte and love is Musical Theatre.

She studied Performance in Bull Alley Theatre Training Company, Dublin, for 3 years whilst working extensively on gaining her Qualifications with the Irish Board of Speech and Drama simultaneously. After three intense years of study, Kerry was delighted to obtain her Diploma, Associate and Licentiate, all with Hons and 1st Class Hons, which fully qualifies Kerry to be a Teacher, Examiner and Adjudicator in Musical Theatre, Performance and the Irish Board syllabus.

Kerry has over 10 years of teaching experience including her own successful Academy that she owned for four years before she fulfilled her travelling dream.  Her own personal performance work include many productions in theatres in Ireland, the UK and Australia where several of these shows won prestige awards including 'International Festival Winners' with the Gilbert and Sullivan Show 'The Mikado' in the UK and several Finlay Awards for 'The Fiddler in The Roof' in Australia where Kerry played the role of Chava. Kerry has appeared on television including the recent Documentary drama 'Innocence' and RTE'S Feis and Blood. She has had her original songs recorded and played on the radio and was thrilled to be the opening Act of Dublin's Pride Festival along with renowned Luan Parle in 2015.

Kerry is from a very musical background and Singing has always been a particular passion for her. She received Extensive Training throughout her younger years and throughout college and has regularly gigged in venues in Ireland and Australia, proudly winning the Rock The Mic competition in Western Australia with her Husband (To be!) and her sister. Kerry performs at weddings, funerals and other events.

Kerry has choreographed and directed many shows throughout the region including Gorey Little Theatre Panto's, All Ireland winning Macra Shows and several Primary and Secondary School Productions, several of which she wrote, directed and choreographed solely. She has produced many competitive level performances with students bringing home many awards over the years.

Kerry has a big passion for Community Theatre and bringing opportunities to the local areas. She has enjoyed working closely with so many talented people over the years including B*Witched Stars and hugely respected choreographers for Madonna, Rhianna, Pink! and the X Factor. She was thrilled to have been able to provide workshops with the Stars to her students.

Kerry delivers the Irish Board of Speech and Drama classes as well as the  Musical Theatre classes which combine all three elements of Acting, Singing and Dance Movement simultaneously. Students will learn and perform pieces from current hit Broadway and West-End productions as well as their own all-time favourite shows and musicals. Kerry believes in basing her classes on creative FUN and enthusiasm as well as learning correct techniques in Voice and Singing, Acting and Staging skills and correct Dance Movement. Her students here in ESPA have all achieved incredible results in their examinations and show such natural progression year after year.

Kerry adores being part of the ESPA family and always looks forward to her classes each week with their wonderful students. She is equally excited for more huge opportunities that ESPA will very soon have to offer. Watch this Space!
